If only....

People were more accepting.
What message would you like to send out to the universe?

I saw this meme at Odats and Late Bloomer Boomer and loved the idea.
Message In A Bottle Meme
1. Compose a message to place in your virtual bottle
2. Right click and Save the graphic below
3. Use a graphics program of your choice to place the message on the picture
4. Post the meme and these rules on your blog
5.Let Mimi know so she can add you to her list of bottles.

Your virtual bottle will remain afloat in the blogosphere ocean for all blogernity. Go on - give it ago!

I Would also like to thank Kelley from Magneto Bold Too (who created this Blog Bling), and Angela from Memoirs of a Chaotic Mommy for giving me this wonderful I Less than 3 award, or if you look at it sideways - I heart you.

So to my readers I heart you all! Please take one and spread the <3

If I could be bothered I'd do it! And the message would be (given my grumpyness right now!):

"Shit Happens, get over it!"

Oh hell I ain't nice!

Well, that all seems very hard for me to face first thing in the morning!
Just dropped by to say, I liked the budgie & the cat pictures. Bit risky though!

I love the message on your bottle!!

Will definitely give it a go... getting the message on the picture will be the hurdle for someone as technically challenged as I...

... might just need a bit of time...

What an amazing set of pictures, and I love that the cat is obviously interacting with the bird - are they your little ones? If so I don't know how you managed it, but congrats! If not nice find!!

Mima, no unfortunatly they are not mine - they are very cute though!

The lion lies down with the lamb. That's the first thing that came to mind, anyway.

For what it's worth, I had a really smart parakeet when I was in my young teens- we also had a miniature poodle. That bird would climb on the dog while it was laying down, and walk all over its' back, speaking all the words she knew! It was hilarious, and the dog never even tried to hurt the bird!

So true that attitude is everything. You appear to have the right kind of attitude.

My message would be " If the answer is 'Drink Heavily' what was the question again?" and if the message is all soggy, then the advice wasn't taken and the bottle not emptied first :O)

aaaww, that budgie reminded me of one we had as a pet. Unfortunately our cat wasn't so friendly and ate him!

Awe, I love the pic. I had a bird and a cat that "played" ... but I never left them alone, lol

I left a message in a bottle too ... I like yours!

That kitten and bird are adorable! I had a cat that used to sleep by my parrots cage and the parrot would chew all the wiskers off one side of his face! LOL

The <3 tag is very funny. I'll spread it around. I have to think about the meme.

LceeL said...

Apparently, a) the kitten doesn't yet know that the parakeet could be lunch and b) the parakeet doesn't know that it IS lunch.

That kitten is obviously well fed.

Hi Casdok,

I was bold and took the less than 3 award and will spread it amongst my readers and make it a special award that they can spread around.

You are always full of surprises every day and I always wonder what I will find here.

I had already done the message in a bottle, so that one seems to be spreading around well.

Hope you are having a good day.

Hugs,
Irene

I squishy heart YOU, Casdok! :D

I just did a similar meme a couple of weeks ago, with five things I would want my kids to know for life and before I die. Rather morbid premise, but it worked for me. :)
