Ultimate in sleepwear?

Throw your comfy old pjs and slip into this………..

Travelodge came up with the futuristic design after questioning 3,000 adults about sleepwear.

The company believes the accompanying hood, gloves and socks will combat the loss of body heat during sleep (not to mention a passion killer).
They are made from a type of natural knitted silk said to allow the skin to breathe, reducing the risk of itching or irritation.

Which reminds me, its not to late to book yourself a flight into space for only £100,000.

And if you thought you have seen it somewhere before. Remember Woody Allen and his sperm suit!

PS, dont kids these days have the most fab
pyjamas!

Haha! I actually thought of those sperm suits before I scrolled down and saw you thought of that too ;)

No way I'll slip into that before I go to bed...

And it covers your head?? Is the bedding in the Travelodge that bad?

(you're right. Kids have fab pjs! I want some fleecy ones with sheepies on!)

Yeah, I love that Woody Allen movie. Is that fomr the movie Sleeper?

I would have enjoyed pajamas like that last night since we slept on new sheets. We had been using flannel for a long time and switched to Egyptian Cotton. I had a major sensory over load and could barely tolerate the feel of it. I guess I have more sensory issues than I thought.

I just love my comfy pj's. I hate having my feet covered when I'm sleeping so I'm sure I'd hate having my head and hands covered!
Peace

I don't know. Who were these 3000 people questioned? And what were the questions they were asked? Do you like to look like a giant condom when you go to sleep?

Who could forget the sperm suit!
Cheers

Well... If you have sensory integration disorders maybe they could make it from a compressive material for me... maybe neoprene, or spandex... i would probably sleep a lot better..

like someone else said eithr the bedding at the TL is pretty rough or they don't plan on doing the linen as often so these are passing these bad boys out so NOTHING touches the sheets...ewww...hi cas!!:::waving madly from Texas:::

I would love to book a flight in space. How cool would that be?!
but the guilt over spending a hundred thousand on myself would be too much! think of what that could do!!!

Will stick to my flannels. Have several pairs of these pjs. Some are faded, but boy are they soft, warm and comfy.

Didn't they wear those outfits in the Television Room in the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory movie?

Gah, those are horrible. You might as well just join the Latter Day Saints.

They look kinda silly, but do you remember seeing old movies where ladies (and men!) wore their nightcap to bed. No central heating in those days. So these might be good if you're out camping. Not that I go camping mind you - too cold to go to the loo in the middle of the night! And these pjs would make it even more difficult! lol

I always wear socks to bed - my feet get frozen. If they did them in black I would totally wear them. However I do not see my husband doing them same...

maybe travelodge is thinking about getting rid of central heating? I'm guessing they didn't consult women with long hair... eeew.

But Why? said...

How terrifyingly hideous!

LOL, I immediately thought of the "sperm" in the Woody Allen movie. Gods, they are awful looking garments!

That is some serious sleepwear going on there...Anybody know the reason why the outfit goes over your head?
Imagine if you got an itch in the middle of the night?!?
